How Does it Work?

The system routes the info according to pre-defined parameters, and performs an automatic, simultaneous two-way dialing action:

The first dial is an outgoing call to the target extension, while the second is to the relevant rep, after which the two calls are connected. The integration enables you to define the number of calls entering the center simultaneously, the intervals between calls and rep breaks, in order to adapt the system's abilities to the call center's needs.
